Delivery is available throughout Russia: by the SDEK courier service.

• Moscow and the Moscow region – 1–2 business days

• Regions of Russia – 3–4 business days

As of September 2026, delivery times for LED masks have been temporarily increased: Moscow and the Moscow region – up to 7 days, regions of Russia – up to 10 days.

Orders are submitted for delivery only on business days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will send it on the next business day.

After placing an order, the tracking number will appear in your personal account on the Timfato website, as well as in your personal account with the SDEK courier service. Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the region and the work of the courier service.

• The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of the device in the following situations:
• When choosing payment upon receipt, the cost is calculated according to the rates of the courier service.
