• Requirements: Buyers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
• Delivery: Handled by logistics partners. Couriers wait a maximum of 15 minutes; failed deliveries due to recipient absence require re-delivery at the buyer's expense.
• Inspection: Inspect items upon delivery. Any visible defects, quantity, or packaging discrepancies must be recorded immediately with photographic evidence and a formal report alongside the courier.

• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving the goods.
• Non-Returnable Items: Good-quality perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged (per Government Decree No. 2463). Orders cannot be cancelled if already delivered, assembling, or shipped.
• Defective Goods: For inadequate quality items, the Seller refunds product and delivery costs or covers the exchange re-delivery.
